Cemtex Epoxy Sealer

Description
Low viscosity two-component Epoxy resin solvent and filler free. Especially formulated to provide a material possessing outstanding adhesive qualities and penetrative power suitable for both interior and exterior applications. ·       

Fields of application
1- Insulation for concrete & steel protection from corrosion.
2- Sealing and filling hair cracks in concrete floors and structures.
3- Surface treatment and protection against corrosion due to chemicals. ·        

Dosage
One Litre per 4-8 m² depending upon porosity and surface conditions.


 

2- For bedding and larger voids and cracks

Cempoxy 50

Description
Two-component solvent free epoxy resin based which can be applied to concrete, steel, wood surfaces. etc. It provides high protection surfaces against corrosion, weather, wearing and low concentration chemicals and void filler. ·        

Fields of application
1- Steel tank protection.
2- All concrete surfaces to meet all protection requirements.
3- Flooring, pipes and tubes. ·       

Dosage
One kilogram will cover 2 to 3 m with thickness of 200 microns, depending on surfaces textures and absorbing.

     

 

3- For water cutoff and waterproofing

Cemtex Injector R ( rigid injection)

Description
A Liquid material for cracks' injection. It stops leakage immediately and is characterized by its high expansion rate which could reach 35 times.

Fields of application
1- Leakage stop for water tanks, basements, sewage plants & pipes - Simply any leaking concrete structure.

Dosage
Depends on the case

 
       

Cemtex Elastic Injector (flexible injection)

Description
Two components product, mixed once together. They are ready to react with water and swell to grout joints or repair leaking. Reaction can be controlled by the percentage of accelerator.     

Fields of application
1- Stop leakage in any concrete section.
2- Immediate stop leakage from expansion joints.
3- Injection of joints and cracks resultant shrinking problem.
4- Modern Water Stop systems such as the Injecto system.

Dosage
According to the application and the concrete defects.
