Cemtex Elastic Injector

Description
Two components product, mixed once together. They are ready to react with water and swell to grout joints or repair leaking. Reaction can be controlled by the percentage of accelerator.     

Fields of application
1- Stop leakage in any concrete section.
2- Immediate stop leakage from expansion joints.
3- Injection of joints and cracks resultant shrinking problem.
4- Modern Water Stop systems such as the Injecto system.        

Dosage
According to the application and the concrete defects.


Injecto System

Description
The guaranteed modern Water Stop system - Safe and easy to install. Waterproofing of cold and construction joints by installation of Injecto tubes; it is a new technique substituting the water stop system. Injection of resins is also possible when water leakage occurs or after total curing of the concrete. The Injecto tube consists of woven synthetic membrane reinforced with steel wire that prevents collapse of the tube when the concrete is poured. ·

1- Joints' leakage prevention.
2- Total insulation of the joints.

Murefix Self Leveling Mortar

Description
Very abundant cementitious powder, quality is improved by polymer binding.        

Fields of application
1- Leveling of depressions and unevenness of ground floor before covering with tiles, carpets or floor cover sheets.
2- Leveling and covering of rough and damaged floors in terraces, cellars and garages.        

Dosage
1.5 to 2 kg/ m² each 1 mm material thickness.

 
       

Murefix Grout 28

Description
Anti-contraction powder ready to be mixed with water. It is rich with some expandable materials to overcome any contraction. Very efficient in fillings with high strength. ·        

Fields of application
1- Joints filling.
2- Surface treatment and curing before adding epoxy protection surface.
3- Concrete cracks filling.
4- Machines bases. 5- Anchoring. ·

1- Protection of concrete surfaces against environmental effects.

3- Reinforcing the concrete cover for steel protection. ·
